As we start the new year, everyone seems to be posting about what trends will be hot this year in Social Media Law. Here’s an interesting post by Eric Newton that lauds the benefits of Social Media for the First Amendment. In particular, Newton expresses a very positive view of young people’s (students for the most part) use of Social Media as both a way of gaining information and a forum for comment and criticism.
